I do not bill to insurance. All serivces are out-of-pocket. I accept cash, credit/debit, zelle, and check. Payment due upon completion of treatment.

Established patient: $85.00
New patient (6-18 years old): $140.00
Established patient (6-18 years old): $70.00
New patient (infant - 5 years old): $50.00
Established patient (infant - 5 years old): $25.00
* I offer a 20% discount to first responders and teachers.
*For groups of 2 people, a 10% discount will be applied.
*For groups of more than 2 people-- call, text, or email to schedule. A discount will be applied depending on how many people will be treated.
